Number 7 can be crossed off my list!

I (FINALLY) PAID OFF MY CC AND CAN CROSS NUMBER 7 OFF MY LIST!! Take that Visa!

This lines up perfectly with my move, because there may will be some bigger purchases that need to happen. It feels good to have money in bank and no money on the card.

My lady cave needs a comfy chair and some art for the walls and I believe I need to contribute to a MUCH needed mattress... and many other things, I'm sure.

I suppose I should update on how "No-Spend July" went- it went really well, and I think I may be doing it again in September or October to help pad that bank account even more. It always seems that once the money starts flowing around the holiday season, it doesn't stop until April. We should really spread out these holidays, because we've hardly finished our Christmas candy before it's time to pile on the Valentine's chocolates and then add a layer of Easter goodies. That's not even counting those of us who chose to booze it up on New Year's and grab St. Paddy's day treats... And yes, I do need a new outfit for ALL of these things.

I found it was easier to say no to clothes and all the groupons than I had originally thought. I struggled a little with the food and drink- it was easier to buy "treats" at the grocery store because I wasn't eating out and I also found it easier to buy an extra bottle or more expensive bottle of booze at the liquore store because I had cut down on happy hours. I think the lesson is that spending money is addictive and keeping myself in check isn't as hard as I think.

In other news, I think I am needing to update my 30 under 30 list- some of my goals aren't really of interest anymore, and I have thought of some that are more achieveable.

Holla!
